These terms and conditions were last updated on 17th July 2007. Use of our website and the purchase of goods from the website is converned by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We" or "Our" means MiaLila.com.au. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the internet.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars). Prices other than those in AUD are shown for guidance purposes only. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the smae product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting and alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology.
2. Sales tax
Goods and Services tax (GST) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped within Australia. For orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia, the prices excludes GST but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
3. Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by credit or debit cards, cheque or postal orders. Goods will be shipped once payments have cleared our bank account. All prices are in AUD ($) and credit/debit card transactions for orders outside of Australia will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
4. Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within two days of receipt of payment. The delivery costs may vary and are shown depending on the shipping destination and delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
5. Cooling off period and cancellation/returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with the goods due to damage, defective goods or they are not as specified on your order, you may cancel your order and return the goods within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a credit note upon receipt of the returned goods. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Your are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
