1. How long will it take for my bag to be delivered?
Bags will be dispatched upon receipt of funds. The bags will be sent by regular mail within Australia and can therefore take upto 6 working days to arrive. For remote access and overseas customers, delivery times will vary.

2. What is your returns policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with the goods due to damage, defects or they are not as specified on your order, you may cancel your order and return the goods within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a credit note upon receipt of the returned goods. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Your are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

3. I have not got a credit card, how else can I pay?
We do accept cheques and money orders. However, goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. We will also accept payments by direct transfer at customers request. Please email us at if you would like to purchase an item and you do not have a credit card.

4. Do you have a shop we can visit?
Currently our bags are only available online but we are in negotiations with potential stockists and we will keep our customers informed of the progress. |
